Disclaimer, Warranty and Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Disclaimer:All stethoscope tags are 3D printed using the FDM (layer-by-layer process) and will have minor imperfections. Therefore, the finish may vary slightly across each unit. Having said that, we do try and ensure the best printing quality we can provide. Additionally, as the products are also laser engraved, that too has its own imperfections.
To ensure that you are happy with the product manufactured, each product is photographed and will be sent to your email where you’ll be given 48 hours to inspect it. If no reply is made, it is assumed that the product is acceptable.
Warranty:
All products are guaranteed to be free from major defects under normal use for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. If at any time, you deem that there is an issue, please feel free to return it to us and we can send out a new one after we have received the defective one, inspected it and deemed that it was a manufacturing issue.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you feel like you have changed your mind and want a refund, you can do so within 90 days of purchase, but only after the product is sent back.
